I was getting my car inspected, and it was taken in on time, and done in a reasonable time. It was also easy to check out.

I was pleased with the dealership. I was given a tour of the dealership and met the employees that were working at the time. Knowing what I was interested in, Adam, who I was working with, had a few models ready for me to look at and test drive. Once my decision was made, the process went very smoothly. In the finance department, Jordan was very informative and answered all of my questions.

Waited months for a back ordered part, finally came in and I wasn’t called (I had to call and ask if it was in) wasn’t able to leave my truck there whenever so I had to wait until there was a time I could leave it for the day. When I brought it in they had put my part on another vehicle so now I am stuck waiting months again for the back ordered part

I had some collision work done on my Silverado. It came back perfect and in the exact time frame I was given. I would highly recommend not only the auto repair but collision center as well!!

Although everyone was very helpful,especially Glenn in the service dept. they needed 2 order the part. It was some module 4 the speaker which should have been caught as I just purchased a 2022 GM BLAZER on Sept.12th. so will now need 2 go back when the part arrives in two weeks. When in my car & calling in or out no one can hear me .

When I walked in I was greeted kindly and professionally. I was walked through all of the information concisely and factually with time for questions and discussion of the vehicle and pros and cons for everything. I was not tried to sell a different car than what I was looking at (which some dealers like to showcase, as I had already decided on what I was looking for). Picked up vehicle yesterday after having brake Brakes replaced. There was a warning on my screen stating “check Brake monitor which st was still on. Also, The last time I had the vehicle serviced for an oil change when I received the vehicle back the steering wheel the door handle and the front fender was dirty. When I receive the car back yesterday, I experienced the same thing steering wheel handle shift handle and the front passenger fender was dirty. The Reason, I know this is I typically have the car washed before I bring it in for service. I do have a call to Dawn regarding the warning on my screen

We were told our initial issue was under extended warranty, had to wait a week to get seen and then was told my work wasn't under warranty, charged $100 just to pull it in to to garage, and then tried telling me more work was done than needed. Midas took care of me in 45 minutes the same day and charged $58. I will never return for business to Hoselton.

brought my car in for a check engine light. they found multiple issue including rear toe links, exhaust pipe issues. the warranty company would not allow Hozelton to do the work, so I had to pick up my vehicle and take it to Victor Chevy. it was very frustrating, on top of it Hozelton charged me $165 to diagnose the vehicle. .

Odd reporting of vehicle maintenance needed. Online report didn't match what they were telling me and never received a written report like I usually do. I just hope they actually rotated my tires this time since that has been a problem in the past and I did pay for the service. I will be trying a different dealership for service next time

This was the first time for service. The service advisor did not introduce himself. His first question was “did you buy this car here”. Yes, but that was awkward. Then without another word, I stood there silently for 5 full minutes while he figured out how to get my name and car in the system. When I asked to please set tire pressure at 42 PSI (as recommended), I was met with “42? I think you mean 32”. It’s 42 for an EV. And it ended up be set for 45. So I had to correct that myself and recalibrate with the system. They rotated tires fine, which was the purpose of the service call.

Communication was great, everyone was friendly, and my trucks fix what else can I ask for.

The staff assessed the damage to be repaired and completed the repair in a timely way. The workmanship was excellent.

During our younger years would be near or over 100,000 miles. Never replaced a wiper motor! Will be purchasing a new car soon and I am now questioning Chevy quality. This is our 7th Chevy and was always pleased.

I had a problem with my car. Fan cooler was draining my battery. During a winter storm i took it to bob johnson and to make a long short they were iffy about my warrany. I took it right to Hoselton and jeff got me in and i got my car the next day. I appreciate the shuttle service who brought me all the way to north greece in bad weather. Hoselton is worth the drive for the great and prompt service.

My check engine light has been off, and my car has been running well and sounding great since being fixed. I just wish communication was better. On the day I dropped off my car, I got an email listing the work that needed to be done and after I paid for it, I heard no updates. I checked online to see if there was anything under my account. I called that night for an update/estimate of when the car will be ready, and was told to expect a call the next day. Nobody called all day, so I called again at the end of the day for an update.

When there is a recall it would be nice if GM offered a loaner.

I pulled in and Dawn was there to check me in. Went to waiting room for a short wait and truck was done. Whole process was smooth and quick.

We had an appointment for service on a Wednesday. The car didn’t actually get looked at until the following Monday! No offer for a loaner or rental. No apologies for keeping the car four extra days without it being looked at. This was not what our past experience has been with Hoselton. If this is how it’s gonna be we will be taking our cars elsewhere.

Trevor makes my truck visits quick and easy.

The shuttle is really helpful but my car took longer than expected so I nearly missed the last pickup.

Two of three reasons for the service were accomplished: a NYSI and voluntary recall. However, the third issue was not resolved due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication. When I made the appointment, I said my phone was not connecting to the car (Equinox EV). When I dropped the car off, I also said OnStar could not connect to my car. However, the mechanic thought the issue was that I couldn't pair my phone with the car. The result was that I had to bring back the car two more times before the issue (telematics module) was identified.

Ethan Stephany was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me! Ethan promptly returned phone calls and always greeted me with a smile.

Despite having purchased my vehicle new at Hoselton more than 7 years ago (not my first either), I waited several days waiting for a loaner to be available and needed extensive service completed. When the rental agent explained there would be charges for the loaner, I had to clarify with the sales rep that I would be given a discount at the end, but it was not explained previously. While being serviced, I was notified that 2 additional items were needed that exceeded the ample budget I had agreed to. I agreed to one and asked for assistance or a break on the labor cost the battery replacement. ($72 service fee considering I was paying over $2300 which works out to be 3% discount.) I was spending over $2000 already on this service. The service rep declined my offer. I will have my battery replaced at another dealership. It felt as though my business was not valued. I received no other bulk discount despite for 6 other services performed.

Paul-my service consultant was amazing. I was a little flustered it only being my second time and Paul could tell so took me on as his customer and helped me understand the pulling up for service process. He was super kind and patient. My whole process for NYSI and oil change was on par for the time it should take so not wasted time on anyone’s part.

My first visit to Chevy service. A bit lost as to where to go but it worked out well. I was given a much earlier appointment than the dealer I was going to previously because I purchased my car there (you had none at that point).

Trevor Clancy helped get me a today of appointment, as I got a nail in my tire on my way to work that morning. Trevor was wonderful to work with and I greatly appreciate the service employees replacing my tire for me.

While I do believe they did the oil change I was a little upset when I heard that they thought I needed a new air filter. They showed me the video and was surprised that it showed a dirty air filter bc I had just changed it. So the air filter was actually brand new. Maybe it was an old video but I now feel uneasy.

Had my rear view camera replaced. Trevor Clancy was awesome! Awesome communication. Let me know what was going to be done and called me promptly when the job was finished. However who ever the tech was that completed the job left a lot to be desired. There was a grease smudge on my passenger seat and on the inner door panel. The passenger seat was not in the position I left it. And when I went to the back tailgate, sure enough I could see each area where he separated the plastic skin from the tailgate. Flat head screw driver marks and even chipped paint on the inside of the tail gate. I proceeded to press on the center of the liner as I saw it bowed out. And (click, click) I finished the job myself and made sure the liner was installed snug. I understand this is a Chevy trac and not a Ferrari, but In my eyes the car should have been returned in the same shape as I left it. Instead I came home tried my best to remove grease stains, click my interior back into place and discover pant chips and screw driver marks.. fyi they do make plastic tools to remove interior panels..
