Hoselton Collision was able to get my car in the shop one week after my accident, and finished the repair a day earlier than expected.

Ron Corsaro is an experienced and thorough sales person. He guided me through the purchase process, helped with the current EV rebates and helped with the GM family discount. He was promo, efficient and knowledgeable. I was introduced to the sales manager and worked with the finance manager to take advantage of the current GM financing. It was a seamless process, which I sincerely appreciate. Since delivery, the service manager has reached out to me to schedule the first EV service (tire rotation). Hoselton has been around as long as I can remember and they are truly a well oiled machine that puts the customer first. Their large inventory gives one options on various model and trim levels. Favorite thing - Ron Corsaro made the transaction easy, along with the Hoselton team. Cons - I would suggest tightening up the information conveyed around EV purchase, which was somewhat vague as it referred to home charging (charger was not included), as well as the need to purchase the Tesla SuperCharger adaptor at additional cost. In all fairness, anyone buying an EV should do their homework regarding the "EV lifestyle" before venturing in to buy one. In GM's defense, I did get an immediate call from GM Energy offering to assist with any home charging hardware and installation. Finally - We love the 2025 Equinox RS EV.. I drove it several hundred miles in the first week and went through the on the road DC fast charging learning curve which was an interesting and kinda fun learning experience. The SuperCruise and one-pedal operation are my favorite features. To conclude, this was a great experience made easy by Ron and the Hoselton team. Highly recommended from a person that has purchased 10 brand new GM vehicles in a row.

Efficient, timely service!

The sales experience was pleasant, professional, and low key. Our salesperson Bill Bilia was knowledgeable and was able to get us a test drive in a suitable vehicle in short order. Once we’d selected our Equinox EV, he handled all details and guided us through the process. We were able to complete the sale by the next morning.

I am totally pleased with the service I received at Hoselton Chevrolet for my 2018 Chevy Traverse to replace the left front headlight assembly, due to a failed day time running light, LED light bar. While I am disappointed with Chevrolet that this failure occurred, I was totally happy with the great service, and service advisor Paul Pompon. Paul went the extra mile to work with the extended warranty company, to get the repair covered. Much to my surprise and pleasure, the repair was completed very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Paul, and Hoselton Chevrolet.

Came in for a NYS Inspection. Found that 3rd brake light had to be replaced. Told me $387 and 1/2 hour time. Had to have it done so said OK. One hour later I went to service for update. Service Advisor Glenn said he was wrong, was 2 hours, so still had 1 hour to go. I was not happy, told him I wanted a price reduction for the inconvenience, he said OK. When car was done he said his manager gave a price reduction, and showed me a bill for $490. Told him not acceptable, I want a reduction off original quote. He went back to some manager, and came back with the original price of $387. Not acceptable. I asked to speak to a manager, and talked to Nick in service.After a discussion, Nick lowered the price to $353, and gave me an additional free service on my 2025 Equinox that I purchased at Hoselton last November. I am disappointed in this service experience , and would like some feedback to see if anyone actually reads this, and does care about customer service. At this point I would not recommend Hoselton Service, and I would not go back for service after my warranty expires.

I just had brakes replaced in February- your service team claims they need to be replaced. I just had alignment done at Mavis 4 days ago- your service team claimed I need an alignment. Two years ago your service team claimed I needed a new steering rack- another shop simply had to tighten a bolt/nut and it was all set. Once again your service team is claiming I need a new steering rack- once again a different service shop simply tightened a bolt/nut. I specifically requested the car be placed on a charger when finished- was told no problem. My car was dropped off at 8 am. I was told around 10:30 the inspection was done but they forgot to do the safety recall- was told quick seatbelt fix. Never heard back for hours- I called at 2:30 and was told Trevor would get back to me- he called a few minutes later to say safety recall was done. I came to pick my car up at 3- it was next to the charger but not plugged in. Gentleman sitting outside office said it was plugged in earlier and should be all charged. My car only had 39 miles of charge remaining- when I dropped it off it had 28 miles. This means my car was put on the charger for about 40 minutes- unacceptable. In fact, the incompetence, poor customer service and overall experience is unacceptable.

Paul is the best in the business, well organized efficient keeps things moving! If Paul worked for me he would be a tough one to lose, a raise is what Paul deserves, the best in the business I have ever seen. Unfortunately my car salesman Ronnie was not in as I was told he was bed ridden from a long night at Iron Smoke, hopefully he will have a swift recovery. Overall GREAT Experience!!!

I was getting my car inspected, and it was taken in on time, and done in a reasonable time. It was also easy to check out.

I was pleased with the dealership. I was given a tour of the dealership and met the employees that were working at the time. Knowing what I was interested in, Adam, who I was working with, had a few models ready for me to look at and test drive. Once my decision was made, the process went very smoothly. In the finance department, Jordan was very informative and answered all of my questions.

Waited months for a back ordered part, finally came in and I wasn’t called (I had to call and ask if it was in) wasn’t able to leave my truck there whenever so I had to wait until there was a time I could leave it for the day. When I brought it in they had put my part on another vehicle so now I am stuck waiting months again for the back ordered part

My 3 year least was up and I needed to find another vehicle. I was a little reserved when I was approached by a very young female salesperson. After a couple of test drives, going over the figures and realizing my budget limits, I was not sure how it could all work. The salesperson made a suggestion to me that opened up a complete new approach, which ended in a great offer and a deal was made! She more than met my expectations! I have had my new 2025 Blazer in for service 3 times this summer for different issues. Each time, everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and helpful. As a previous employee, I should have known to bring my vehicle in for diagnostics, but, I brought it to a different dealer. I was not happy with their diagnosis, so, I brought to Hoselton for 2nd opinion and so happy I did. They diagnosed my vehicle and saved me $2500 as the previous diagnosis at other dealer was incorrect. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicle.to Hoselton moving forward.

Dropped off my vehicle at 7am and told them I needed it back by 3, Low and behold it was ready at 12:30. Really would rather wait at dealership so it gets taken care of right away, which is what I usually do, but at least it worked this time!

Picked up vehicle yesterday after having brake Brakes replaced. There was a warning on my screen stating “check Brake monitor which st was still on. Also, The last time I had the vehicle serviced for an oil change when I received the vehicle back the steering wheel the door handle and the front fender was dirty. When I receive the car back yesterday, I experienced the same thing steering wheel handle shift handle and the front passenger fender was dirty. The Reason, I know this is I typically have the car washed before I bring it in for service. I do have a call to Dawn regarding the warning on my screen

We were told our initial issue was under extended warranty, had to wait a week to get seen and then was told my work wasn't under warranty, charged $100 just to pull it in to to garage, and then tried telling me more work was done than needed. Midas took care of me in 45 minutes the same day and charged $58. I will never return for business to Hoselton.

I had arrived for my car’s state inspection, but I was also grappling with a nagging uncertainty about whether it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. The rep listened intently, his demeanor reassuring as he confirmed that he could easily accommodate my requests. As we chatted, I also shared my concerns about a peculiar sensation I felt when turning the steering wheel sharply, like my tires were trying to communicate something urgent. Without hesitation, the service rep offered to take my car for a test drive to get to the bottom of it. His willingness to delve deeper into the problem left me feeling confident that my car was in good hands. It was clear that his dedication to customer care went beyond the transactional, and I left feeling reassured that any issues would be addressed with the utmost attention.

brought my car in for a check engine light. they found multiple issue including rear toe links, exhaust pipe issues. the warranty company would not allow Hozelton to do the work, so I had to pick up my vehicle and take it to Victor Chevy. it was very frustrating, on top of it Hozelton charged me $165 to diagnose the vehicle. .

This was the first time for service. The service advisor did not introduce himself. His first question was “did you buy this car here”. Yes, but that was awkward. Then without another word, I stood there silently for 5 full minutes while he figured out how to get my name and car in the system. When I asked to please set tire pressure at 42 PSI (as recommended), I was met with “42? I think you mean 32”. It’s 42 for an EV. And it ended up be set for 45. So I had to correct that myself and recalibrate with the system. They rotated tires fine, which was the purpose of the service call.

We were well informed as they diagnosed our vehicle as to the cost of each service needed. Glenn Heissenberger was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Hoselton. Thank you!

We had an appointment for service on a Wednesday. The car didn’t actually get looked at until the following Monday! No offer for a loaner or rental. No apologies for keeping the car four extra days without it being looked at. This was not what our past experience has been with Hoselton. If this is how it’s gonna be we will be taking our cars elsewhere.

Odd reporting of vehicle maintenance needed. Online report didn't match what they were telling me and never received a written report like I usually do. I just hope they actually rotated my tires this time since that has been a problem in the past and I did pay for the service. I will be trying a different dealership for service next time

Everyone at Hoselton was excellent. It was very disappointing to spend $700 on a wiper motor for a 3 year old car. I am 68 years old and we have had 2 cars most of my life. During our younger years would be near or over 100,000 miles. Never replaced a wiper motor! Will be purchasing a new car soon and I am now questioning Chevy quality. This is our 7th Chevy and was always pleased.

Excellent experience, timely and efficient!

Service agent (Trevor?) was very helpful with correcting my account information and was knowledgeable of rewards point system and walked me thru the process of applying my points toward my service bill. Trevor was extremely polite and patient with me, explaining in plain language how the rewards system works.

My check engine light has been off, and my car has been running well and sounding great since being fixed. I just wish communication was better. On the day I dropped off my car, I got an email listing the work that needed to be done and after I paid for it, I heard no updates. I checked online to see if there was anything under my account. I called that night for an update/estimate of when the car will be ready, and was told to expect a call the next day. Nobody called all day, so I called again at the end of the day for an update.

When there is a recall it would be nice if GM offered a loaner.

Despite having purchased my vehicle new at Hoselton more than 7 years ago (not my first either), I waited several days waiting for a loaner to be available and needed extensive service completed. When the rental agent explained there would be charges for the loaner, I had to clarify with the sales rep that I would be given a discount at the end, but it was not explained previously. While being serviced, I was notified that 2 additional items were needed that exceeded the ample budget I had agreed to. I agreed to one and asked for assistance or a break on the labor cost the battery replacement. ($72 service fee considering I was paying over $2300 which works out to be 3% discount.) I was spending over $2000 already on this service. The service rep declined my offer. I will have my battery replaced at another dealership. It felt as though my business was not valued. I received no other bulk discount despite for 6 other services performed.

Had made appointment for oil change and was going to leave my vehicle. When I brought it in I had changed my mind and was going to wait for it. Technician was able to have my car serviced within a half hour of me bringing it in.

I had a problem with my car. Fan cooler was draining my battery. During a winter storm i took it to bob johnson and to make a long short they were iffy about my warrany. I took it right to Hoselton and jeff got me in and i got my car the next day. I appreciate the shuttle service who brought me all the way to north greece in bad weather. Hoselton is worth the drive for the great and prompt service.

My first visit to Chevy service. A bit lost as to where to go but it worked out well. I was given a much earlier appointment than the dealer I was going to previously because I purchased my car there (you had none at that point).

I find each time I bring my 2017 Chevy Malibu for service I am greeted with a smile as well as with great kindness and respect, and my time is never wasted. Issues are addressed and quickly Sorted.

Two of three reasons for the service were accomplished: a NYSI and voluntary recall. However, the third issue was not resolved due to a misunderstanding or miscommunication. When I made the appointment, I said my phone was not connecting to the car (Equinox EV). When I dropped the car off, I also said OnStar could not connect to my car. However, the mechanic thought the issue was that I couldn't pair my phone with the car. The result was that I had to bring back the car two more times before the issue (telematics module) was identified.

I appreciate being able to see the progress of the service as it’s being done. Comfortable waiting area, friendly people.

The people in the body shop were kind and courteous and made me feel like a valued customer. The only reason I didn't give it an "Excellent" is I wish they had kept me more up to date on the progress rather than my having to call and pester them.
